Complete Operating Process - Seed Cleaning Polishing Plant

Intake & Cleaning

Feed the raw pulse by hoper in to the machine. Raw pulses need to be cleaned before milling. Normally rotary or reciprocating screen cleaners are used. These graders separate the grains into different fractions based on size. Light impurities are removed with the help of blower or suction fans.

Grading

This unit consists of a vibratory inclined sieve, hopper, grain collector, waste collector and motor. The vibratory sieves are providing with different size holes to match the requirements of the type of dal being process. The vibrations are inducing by a cam-operated link, which is mounts on a motor driven shaft.

Peeling

For remove cover of wheat and dust we are using scourer machine . this is helpful in water mixing and easy grinding.

Grinding
